It looks gorgeous and I'd love to find out more about this world. Unfortunately I wasn't able to progress any further after "Should I jump" just after a checkpoint. Just had no idea where to go for anything that seemed reachable. It may just be my poor platforming skills being made worse by the game being in 3D.
Oh that's sad to hear, it means I was not that clear. The "should I jump" moment is supposed to be an indication to... jump lol
If you want to finish the game, the answer is letting you fall to the level of the sea from this message, there is a small platform that you can walk on.
I did that, even landed on the platform, but that's when I couldn't find anything else anymore that I could reach and didn't see any glowing wisps either. Eventually made my way to the base of the pillar at the far end, that has platforms surrounding it in a flower petal arrangement which seemed promising, but I didn't manage to go off into the other direction.
Watching the playthrough below shows me I should have tried to make my way to the top instead.
